Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Bruno Magli packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of wear.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box, removing any previous shipping stickers.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
